Job Details
A small to medium sized financial services organisation is currently looking for an analytical individual to join them on a permanent basis and manage the running of a new compensation system, streamlining of compensation processes, as well as supporting with year-end. The organisation is looking for a technically minded individual who can work as part of an ambitious reward team. Key requirements include:Excellent analytical & excel skills (advanced level)An eye for systems and previous experience working with compensation or HR systemsAn understanding of the annual review cycleExperience within Financial Services would be advantageousProactive and driven with the ability to communicate at all levels This is a fantastic opportunity for a compensation, reward or HRIS Analyst to join an extremley successful and impressive reward team in a growing organisation.
