HR Advisory - Advisor - Banking

A global investment bank based in London is looking for HR Generalists with strong ER (Advisor level) to join the HR Advisory team. Reporting in to the Global Advisory Lead you will be responsible for supporting employees across the business (all levels of stakeholder) across the full generalist remit; primarily employee relations, projects, policy, process etc in a high touch, busy and varied role, with an emphasis on ER & case management.

If you are an accomplished or commercial HR Generalist who enjoys a varied and fast-facing role, this opportunity will suit you. You must have strong employment law, employee relations and policy experience and enjoy managing HR projects while operating in a full generalist role working with front, middle and back office stakeholders (all levels). Financial Services experience required ideally in a global organisation. Degree and / or CIPD (preferred).
