HR Co – Ordinator – c£20-25k & benefits – near Rugeley, Staffs

 Key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for employees and managers.
  • Looking after the employee life cycle. 
  • To present the HR induction to new employees.
  • Monitoring and reviewing employee absence. 
  • Maintaining the electronic database and coordinating absence review meetings.
  • Assisting in investigation meetings and coordinating disciplinary meetings
  • Supporting managers through the PMP system.
  • Producing electronic reports and statistical information.
  • Suggesting and implementing new ways of working.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Qualified to CIPD level 3 (or equivalent) as a minimum
  • Practical HR experience already gained
  • Strong administration skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
