In House Recruitment Co –Ordinator - £20-25k & benefits – nr Rugeley, Staffordshire

Key responsibilities:

  • Screening candidates by reviewing CVs, telephone & video interviews.
  • Raising employment contracts and organising new starter inductions.
  • Manage candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring they have an exceptional experience
  • Respond to candidate and hiring manager queries – in person, over the phone or by email.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
  • Manage the Jobs mailbox, ensuring emails are actioned appropriately and efficiently
  • Send candidate correspondence and provide feedback.
  • Arrange interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Post adverts on the website and other external platforms.

Key skills – the ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous Recruitment experience is essential - agency/in house
  • Previous HR experience preferred but not essential
  • Confident telephone manner
  • CIPD level 3 (or equivalent) advantageous, but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
