We are excited to be trialling the introduction of a Recruitment Specialist. It is anticipated that this role will enable us to fill vacancies more quickly, reducing the agency spend and metrics will be put in place to measure against agreed success criteria.
This role will help managers identify the most appropriate resourcing solution and develop and implement recruitment strategies that secure a strong field of candidates. As well as delivering on this service, this specialist will work on our recruitment collateral and processes to ensure we are maximising our opportunities to attract good quality candidates.
