HR Process Consultant - Talent - Permanent - Central London


Your new company
A global matrix professional services firm with offices in central London are recruiting for a HR Process Consultant to join them on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will sit within the centre of excellence, and your focus will be to streamline processes within the HR System (Workday) to ensure it is as user friendly as possible. This will include producing online training and step by step guides for employees, and live training on Webex. Your focus will be the talent module, and therefore you will have a passion for talent within hr.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an understanding of HR systems and how they work, and also have worked in a global matrix company. You will ideally have designed training material for hr systems. You will have a good eye for detail and be constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
