A cutting edge, award winning, healthcare organisation is looking for a Talent Manager. Managing a team of three you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand strategic business goals, and to shape and implement strategies that will help to develop and retain high-performing employees. You will be playing a critical part in organisation design, driving the employee brand, looking at their employee value proposition and learning & development needs.



Working in a collaborative environment, accountabilities include:

  • Designing, developing and implementing the talent agenda across the organisation
  • Developing and maintaining an employee engagement strategy that supports the delivery of business objectives
  • Working closely with stakeholders to drive positive change in order to improve business performance
  • Implementing learning and development initiatives to support current and future business needs
  • Working with recruitment teams to enhance employer reputation and ensure the right talent is being recruited
  • Involvement in projects to drive continuous improvement
  • Data analysis, MI reporting, providing solutions and insights


Skill and experience

  • You must have gained the above Talent Management experience within a private medical, luxury retail or from a large commercial organisation
  • Learning & Development experience, from design to implementation
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Solution orientated
