Senior HR Advisor
An opportunity has arisen within a reputable, well respected hospitality organisation near Mere, Cheshire to cover a 9 month maternity FTC with the view to start in June 2019.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR Manager who is looking for a great opportunity within a prestigious, fast paced business. The business has over 20 sites in the UK however the role will predominately be based in Cheshire however drives are preferred as there may be some local, infrequent travel to Manchester and towns within Cheshire.
Responsible for all aspects of HR you will have strong experience in employee relations, HR systems, recruitment, project management and talent development. You will be a good at relationship building and will be able to partner with line managers and staff in order to coach and support them.
The right candidate will have CIPD level 5, strong HR experience preferably within a hospitality business, junior HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor experience and you will be personable, professional and career driven.
This is a full time position with a proposed start date of June 2019 and an end date of March 2020.
