As an entry-level HR Business Partner, you will be passionate about and delight our customers by providing an effective and straightforward HR advisory service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Assistant or HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career. You'll be working with a team who are on a journey to create an amazing People Experience.

You'll promote good employee relations through the fair application of our policies and processes, confidently interpreting UK Employment Law in complex ER cases such as Investigation, Disciplinary, Grievance and TUPE transfers.

Partnering with People Leaders to understand the business and the needs of our people, you will deliver training to increase confidence in managing team members' through our Talent Management and Performance Improvement Processes.

Using a coaching approach, you'll work alongside People Leaders to ensure fair application of the Attendance Improvement process and implementing proactive Wellbeing Initiatives to support employee health and productivity.

You'll assist in the development and review of HR policies and procedures in line with updates to legislation and best practice. You'll support the embedding of new policies, procedures and initiatives, as required.

You'll be confident in creating and analysing People Data to help inform our People Plan and identify opportunities to improve our People Policies, Processes and the service we provide as a HR team. Developing KPIs, you'll be confident in your use of Excel and ideally have has experience of using a HR Information System.

You'll take responsibility for delivery the full recruitment life-cycle, from approval/advertising through to welcoming new employees to the business. You'll also work alongside our Learning and Development team to deliver our Onboarding Programme.

Essential:
12 months working within a HR Advisory/Junior HRBP role
A working knowledge of current employment law and employee relations
Delivery focussed, and able to work on own initiative
Accurate, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Customer service ethos

Desirable:
CIPD Level 5
Evidence of Continuous Professional Development within HR
Train the trainer experience
A qualification in the delivery of Psychometric Testing
