Successful candidates will ideally have experience in a unionised environment and have demonstrable ability handling multiple complex E.R cases.

Description
In a fast-paced and varied HR Advisor position in Huddersfield, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:
- Providing HR advice and support to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence management and other employment matters
- Update and develop new HR Policies in line with legislative changes
- Monitor long and short term sickness absence and provide advice and guidance to managers
- Produce monthly MI and Dashboard Reports and analysis
- Design and deliver HR Training to increase manager capability
Profile
- Proven experience in a generalist / HR Advisory role
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively
Job Offer
