An exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator to join this leading financial services organisation, based in the City of London.
Client Details
A leading Financial Services organisation with over 350 staff based in the City of London, Luxembourg, New York and throughout Eastern Asia.
Description
The Learning and Development Administrator will be the first point of contact for day to day learning queries and your duties will also include:
- supporting the L&D Manager in the design and development of training programmes
- ensuring mentoring and development programmes are managed in line with business needs
- working with the HR Administrator to monitor employees on their training contracts
- developing the L&D areas of on-boarding and off-boarding employees
Profile
The successful Learning and Development Administrator will be CIPD Qualified, or studying towards the Qualification. You will ideally have had previous exposure working in a L&D supporting role in a Financial Services organisation.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, along with a strong attention to detail.
You will need to be able to demonstrate good anaytical skills using quantitative data, with the ability to make qualitative judgements and recommendations for the next step.
Experience using an LMS would be an advantage
