A Financial Services business based in the City of London are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. This will be a broad, diverse and challenging role and will cover the full range of HR responsibilities and will form part of a team of 4 Senior HRBPs who report directly to the HRD and part of a wider team of >15.

The role will suit someone already operating at or close to Senior HRBP level - full strategic and operational HR background. Someone who can really push through and get things done.

Brief list of responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR / People Plan
  • Operational or cyclical HR
  • Covering own client group (Distribution/Sales)
  • Projects - SMCR, GDPR, new appraisals system
  • Be involved with various committees
  • Managing difficult stakeholders through periods of change
  • Complex ER

Requirements:

  • Strong all round Generalist
  • Financial Services background (HR)
  • Can turn hand to both strategic and operational HR
  • Ability to juggle a number of responsibilities
  • Commercially focused
  • Energy, drive, can get things done
