Permanent customer service representative role working for a large successful company based in Worcester

Client Details

My client is a large successful company with an urgent requirement for a Customer Service Representative, to join their team based in Worcester.

Description

You will handle inbound calls from customers in a timely manner and liaise across the business to ensure service level agreements. In return you'll enjoy the opportunity to build a wealth of transferable skills, enhance your development and open progression prospects.


As the Customer Service Representative, you will

* Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing customers by efficiently & confidently managing inbound calls and emails achieving customer satisfaction.

* Utilise the technical knowledge gained through your training to guide customers with a potential technical fault to a resolution over the phone or arrange for an engineer visit at the customer's site.
* Use all customer contacts as an opportunity to identify customer needs and take ownership in these instances to resolve issues.
* Work closely with your team to generate great opportunities for improvements in process to drive efficiency.
* Identify and develop personal training opportunities to drive your individual development.

Profile

You will have

* Passion to deliver excellent customer service
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Friendly and able to communicate at all levels
* Excellent organisation skills
* Good working knowledge of basic computer programs
* Team player and flexible to work in a shift pattern
* Maths & English GCSE

Job Offer

This role includes working shifts and occasional weekend work.


Salary £17,000 - £23,000
