An exciting opportunity has arisen at an innovative global tech company for a Head of Growth and Development on a 12 month FTC. You will leading a team of growth and development specialists to deliver the growth and development strategy and help build this buoyant company into one of the most disruptive companies in the tech market!

 

Location: London or Edinburgh

Accountabilities include:

  • Creating and driving the growth and development strategy based on business strategy
  • Driving and maintaining a culture of growth, ensuring that employees are owning their development
  • Responsibility for their onboarding programme
  • Maintaining the graduate programme, ensuring quality of content, delivery and learner involvement
  • Training, motivating and evaluating employees to ensure business objectives are met
  • Supporting managers in identifying training and development needs
  • Evaluating training and development programmes, amending and revising where necessary
  • Budget ownership

Skills and experience

  • You must have gained the above experience within tech, creative or commercial
  • Demonstrate strong project management experience
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Results and solution orientated
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • Creative thinker
  • Strong leadership skills
