HR Advisor - Regional / Multisite South East
Up to £35,000 + Company Car
Are you an HR Professional that believes in working closely with the business as a true commercial partner? I'm working with a prestigious brand on the South Coast with a new People Advisor role. This role supports multiple sites, predominantly based in Brighton or Worthing and will require regular travel.
You'll be responsible for partnering closely with business managers and senior leaders in a full generalist capacity including:
Working with the Recruitment partner on recruitment processes including screening, interviews and offer management.
Supporting managers with ER and Case Management processes around Sickness, Absence, performance and probation.
Generalist HR advice and support on people policies and procedures
You'll need previous advisory experience and be comfortable working autonomously in a full generalist capacity.
Stakeholder engagement skills are essential so you will also need to be comfortable quickly building rapport and providing a first-class commercial service face to face and remotely.
Whilst the role does embrace a flexible working ideology and you'll be fully responsible for managing your own diary, the nature of the role will see you travelling 2/3 days PW, so you need to be comfortable doing this!
