Continuing to grow is proving more and more challenging without a real grip on internal talent management. The job requires a HR person to apply some metrics and strategy to the existing talent so that you can identify capability gaps, physical gaps and help create career pathways and internal mobility opportunities.
Similar to workforce development you will take a project management approach to creating clarity in a large and not very agile client group. Your stakeholders with me the senior HR team.
You will have worked on similar projects within a large corporate, commercial business.
Based in central London/Coty of London. £50K plus bens.
