Are you an immediately available HR Manger?

We are proud to bring to the market a 12 month maternity cover contract for a large Global employer based in the Skipton region of West Yorkshire.

Reporting into a HR Director you will be managing a HR Assistant and supporting a headcount of circa 800 in a non Unionised environment. You will also sit as part of a wider structure of HR Business Partner's including overseas therefore making this role highly diverse and interesting.

This is a fully HR Generalist role that will also include a strong host of HR projects including the recent launch of their new Cascade HR system.

Other key areas of involvement alongside generalist day to day HR activities will include;

  • ·Process improvement
  • ·Policy reviews
  • ·GDPR compliance
  • ·Gender pay reporting
  • ·Right to work projects
  • ·Reward and Benefits including company cars and pension (alongside payroll)
  • ·MI reporting



You will ideally be CIPD qualified to Level 7 although Level 5 will also be considered (or equivalent experience).

You will be working as part of a fantastic team who have developed a HR culture of being highly approachable and friendly as well as incredibly supporting
