The HR Advisor will be based in their lovely Birmingham office and work alongside the Head of HR.The successful candidate will have a generalist background and be used to creating and updating all HR policies and be used to working in a "hands on" role. Our client is looking for a HR Advisor who has experience in traning and development and ER this would be an advantage for this role.
