Are you an HRIS professional looking for a role that enables you to develop new skills, with an international component? Do you want to leave your mark on a business? This global law firm have a number of systems change projects coming up, and need your support. Based in Central London, this is initially a 12-month contract - but with so many projects to work on there is a strong possibility of it being extended.

You will help the business with a number of critical projects, including building self-service reports for HR and the selection and implementation of a new, cloud-based HRIS. There is a huge appetite for change among senior management, and your work will be immensely valued by the business. You will assist with business as usual systems management and reporting requests, playing a key part in the business and enabling them to make commercially important decisions.

Your experience of HR systems management and data reporting will be a major benefit to our client, and your excellent Excel skills will be heavily relied upon. You will liaise regularly with senior non-technical stakeholders, and you will need to communicate systems and analytics in a way they understand - you'll need to be able to make data tell a story.

The business is truly international and you will work closely with HR professionals across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. They are committed to diversity and inclusion and their diversity strategy oversees roles at every level of the firm. The culture is high-performance and the HRIS team is supportive and friendly - we've worked with them for several years.

I specialise in placing HR Systems and Analytics professionals. My client are keen to recruit quickly and I will be able to arrange rapid introductions to them for suitable candidates.
