A well-established Government organisation in North Greenwich is looking for a recruitment coordinator to join their team for a 9 months contract. This is a full-time role, 35 hours a week and is paying £15.40 per hour via PAYE or £17 per hour via Umbrella company.
Your new role
You will work in a collaborative team of 10 and report to the team leader. This team supports 16 Recruitment Consultants, who recruit for all vacancies across the organisation. As Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage all the offer letters and contracts, at the busiest this can be up to 40 candidates at once. Additionally, you will coordinate the onboarding process and oversee the acceptance process of candidates.
As an individual, you will need to have excellent time management skills to ensure contracts to successful candidates are distributed in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, candidates must have experience as an in-house Recruiter, as you will deal with high volume of recruitment. You will be extremely organised and have strong communication skills to deliver an excellent customer service to candidates. Ideally, you will have experience of using HR and E-Recruitment systems, specifically SAP and Taleo. A strong knowledge of recruitment employment legislation will be highly desirable.
