I am working with a great global cyber security company based in Canary Wharf who are looking for a permanent HR Assistant to join their social and motivated team as soon as possible.

The HR Assistant will work alongside the rest of the HR team and be the main point of contact for all HR queries. The role includes but is not limited to:

Managing the HR Inbox

Supporting the on-boarding process - creating and distributing offer letters and contracts

Note-taking within HR procedures

Coordination of ad-hoc HR projects

Maintaining the employee records/ job title and payroll changes

Developing a good understanding of the full range of HR policies and supporting processes

They are ideally looking for someone who has 1-2 years HR experience, ideally working in a tech industry or have a solid interest in it. You need to have strong attention to detail, able to work using your own initiative and be flexible.
