Your new role
As an Employee Relations specialist, you'll provide first class employee
relations (ER) advisory support, providing advice both face to face, via email and telephone
to employees across the organisation. You will have sound employment law
and case law knowledge and be required to provide advice and coaching on all employee
relations issues in accordance with policy and legislation, ensuring a commercial business focus is adhered to
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Employee Relations Specialist or HR Generalist who has dealt with a high volume of ER cases. Ideally you'll be CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified and have worked within a unionised environment. You'll have coached and mentored Managers and dealt with TUPE (both in and out )
