Job Details
This role is a very operational generalist interim HR Manager position, operating across 2 sites a few miles apart.
Client Details
My client are based in the Bexleyheath area in the education sector.
Description
- Lead the HR function for the Head Office and school
- Manage the employee lifecycle, especially absence management
- Manage the whole recruitment process
- Management of two reports; one in person and one remotely
- Ensure best practice
- Updating HR policies and procedures when required
- Manage the HR budget
- Carry out other adhoc HR duties when required
Profile
- You will ideally be a driver
- You will ideally be CIPD qualified but candidates qualified by experience would also be relevant
- You will have experience managing absence cases
- You will be able to start at the end of this month
- You will be DBS checked and have the certificate (this is not essential but would be a requirement)
Job Offer
- £30k-£35k per annum equivalent
- 9-5 per day
