This role is a very operational generalist interim HR Manager position, operating across 2 sites a few miles apart.

Client Details

My client are based in the Bexleyheath area in the education sector.

Description

  • Lead the HR function for the Head Office and school
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, especially absence management
  • Manage the whole recruitment process
  • Management of two reports; one in person and one remotely
  • Ensure best practice
  • Updating HR policies and procedures when required
  • Manage the HR budget
  • Carry out other adhoc HR duties when required

Profile

  • You will ideally be a driver
  • You will ideally be CIPD qualified but candidates qualified by experience would also be relevant
  • You will have experience managing absence cases
  • You will be able to start at the end of this month
  • You will be DBS checked and have the certificate (this is not essential but would be a requirement)

Job Offer

  • £30k-£35k per annum equivalent
  • 9-5 per day
