Your new company
Our retail client is looking to recruit a permanent HR Administrator to work within their small HR team and reporting to the HR Manager. This company is growing rapidly with a 25% headcount increase year on year.
Your new role
As a HR Administrator you will be first point of contact for answering HR related queries, assisting with administration of the recruitment, advertising, screening CVs, right to work checks, reference and other compliance checks. You will also be on boarding new employees, updating the HR system, maintaining staff documents and supporting the HR manager with ad hoc takes and projects.
due to the nature of the role, the working hours will be 6:30am - 2:30 pm.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to have at least 1-2 years of experience working within HR with an energetic and posses a "hands on" attitude.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £24,000-£26,000, depending on your experience along with free parking, pension, 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) and they are closed from 22nd December - 2nd January and free fruit in the office.
