Talent Acquisition Coordinator required to join a busy People team based in the city of London. You will be responsible for the whole candidate life cycle including talent administration, on-boarding new starters, and freelance creative help for short term projects.

Description

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator for this global Marketing and Advertising company you will be:

Supporting across the whole life cycle, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Talent Administration
  • On-boarding new starters
  • Freelance creative management
  • Ad-hoc duties such as reviewing/improving job templates and processes

Profile

The successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Solid admin knowledge gained within a fast paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office. Intermediate level of Excel - a MUST!
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistant level of accuracy
  • Able to manage a high workload
  • Super organised and able to multi-task
  • Knowledge of "workday" advantageous
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written with great interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
