ER Case Manager

Are you a HR professional with a real passion for ER case work ?

We are looking to recruit an interim ER Casework Manager to be based in Central Birmingham. Working on a ongoing basis you will be dealing with a variety of escalated case work, working with line managers, unions and Occupational Heath, you will be looking to resolve complex cases.

With first class communication skills, you must be able to negotiate and influence across all levels. A potential long term post, for the right candidate, this could lead to permanency.
