An exciting new L&D Administrator position has arisen working for a leading Insurance firm based in Central London. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Management Development.
Your new role
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administration for all Learning & Development activities. You'll liaise with internal and external training providers, coordinate large-scale training events, will take ownership of the L&D inbox, maintain the LMS and will act as the first point of contact for any L&D-related queries. Furthermore, you'll prepare training reports and analyse outcomes, will manage new joiner and leaver administration, and will keep professional qualifications up-to-date.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have strong L&D administration experience, preferably gained within Insurance/Financial Services. You'll be passionate about the Learning function and will want to progress your career in this area.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive £26,000-£29,000 salary and will be exposed to the fast-paced Insurance industry.
