As HR and L&D Assistant you will be workign for a well-known insurance company based in West London.

Description

As HR and L&D Assistant the key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the full employee life cycle
  • First point of contact for general HR queries
  • Responsible for updating the HR database
  • Full 360 recruitment life cycle
  • Provide support on any ER matters
  • Assist in all areas of L&D
  • Assist payroll team on a monthly basis, accuracy and attention to detail is a MUST!

Profile

The successful HR and L&D Assistant will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Knowledge in HR/Recruitment role
  • Understand of relevant employee law
  • Previous knowledge of payroll
  • Ability to analyse data and make decisions
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Word and Excel is key
  • Metyiculous attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to tight deadlines
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • A team player
  • Excellent ability to communicate at all levels - both verbal and written
  • A problem solver

Job Offer

This HR and L&D Assistant is a permanent opportunity based in West London.

  • Hours of work: 42.5 hours per week between 8.30am - 5.00pm - Monday - Friday
  • Salary up to £25,000 pa plus potential bonus of 10%
