HR Business Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb opportunity for an HR Business Partner. Our client is a niche, rapidly growing management consultancy based in the West End. They are looking for a CIPD qualified individual to help them deliver their next 5-yearstrategy, which is currently in development. The HR Business Partner is a key role inenabling the delivery of their strategy, as recruiting, developing and managing talentis pivotal to their success. This role works closely with the Chief Executive and Managing Partners, provides input and presents to the People Committee and will lead the refresh of the people strategy. The successful candidate will have a professional services background and beable to work in a vibrant and fast-paced organisation, while under the pressuresometimes associated with deadlines. This individual will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, this role influences and steers strategy across the full generalist remit, including: * Organisation design and development* Training and development* Resource and talent planning* Recruitment and retention* Employee engagement* Employee relations Competitive salary and benefits on offer.
