I am working with a great media company based in Central London who are looking for a HR Advisor to join them as soon as possible. The HR Advisor is a varied and busy role which will provide front line support to employees and managers on all HR related queries. The role is a generalist role with a focus on Employee Relations where you will be advising managers and employees on disciplinary, performance management and grievances, as well as supporting the HR Director with more complex scenarios. As well as end to end management of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, inductions, probation, annual performance reviews, employee questions and queries and the exit process including exit interviews and analysis. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is driven, proactive, able to work autonomously and able to build relationships with all colleagues.
