Your new role
I am looking for a strong HR Advisor for a manufacturing client based in Stockport. You will be required to provide in depth and accurate advice on a range of different HR and Employee Relations issues across the business. These cases can range from anything from low level absence queries up to complex grievance and dismissal cases. You will be required to handle the entire case from start to finish to a high standard. The role will also consist of some operational work and you will be required to manage your own Administration duties as well as performing more generalist duties throughout the HR team as a whole.
This role will also require you to travel to the site at Manchester Airport on occasion.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to have worked in a HR Advisor role previously or will have performed at an advisory level. You will have an in depth knowledge of employment law best practice and have experience dealing with employee relations. You will have experience managing you own caseload and have experience in dealing with a wide range of cases at once. You will also be comfortable in performing lower level coordination and administration tasks.
This role is offered on a fixed term contract until Christmas 2019 with the potential for extension. You will be paid an annual salary of up to £28,000 DOE and excellent company benefits.
