Are you an experienced Recruitment professional, immediately available to undertake an interesting and challenging interim assignment.
We are supporting a Norfolk based organisation in the appointment of a Recruitment Partner to manage the full recruitment and onboarding process as well as developing on ongoing talent strategy.
This role will not only manage direct hire but also business relationships with external recruitment providers to ensure consistent delivery in line with the People Strategy.
Key Responsibilities of the role
• Develop the employer brand to improve the visibility as an employer and increase the number of quality job applicants.
• Managing contracts with external suppliers of recruitment services, including financial/budget supervision and ensuring the cost-effectiveness and value for money of contracts.
• Produce guidance for managers including a "recruitment tool-kit "
• Manage on-going projects and people planning objectives for the business.
The ideal person
Previous experience of managing a recruitment function
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices
Managing recruitment campaigns
Good knowledge of MI data and analytical skills
A drive for excellence and customer service.
