Your new company
You will be working as ER Manager on a 3 month interim basis, for a well known Private Health organisation who work across London. This role is to support a Hospital with 600 employees, and will start ASAP. Daily rate is £230 per day via PAYE or £250 per day via Limited/Umbrella company.
The role is to cover permanent recruitment. Permanent salary equivalent is £50,000 - £55,000 per annum and you are able to apply for the permanent role once in post.
Interviews will take place week commencing 22nd April.
Your new role
The role will manage formal ER cases, such as disciplinaries, grievances etc, whilst upskilling managers. Client group size is 600 - 700 employees and you will have no direct reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced ER Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally with experience within a Healthcare environment.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid on a weekly basis and the role may become permanent.
