HR Advisor / Bognor Regis / Human Resources
A growing business based in the Bognor Regis area are seeking a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Assisting line managers on all HR processes to ensure best practice
- Advising on grievances and disciplinary action
- Coordinating and developing the companies training and development activities
- Develop the starter information to ensure it is correct and up to date
- Manage the recruitment process to include drafting adverts and job descriptions to managing the on boarding process
- Working within a small team to ensure all employee records are electronically filed and easy to navigate.
The ideal candidate is studying CIPD and has previous knowledge of working within a busy HR function dealing with ER cases.
