HR Business Partner - Sports Organisation - Up to £60,000 - South West London

Your new company
A well-established sporting organisation that is experiencing monumental growth is looking to bring further develop their HR function by incorporating an HR Business Partner. The organisation is seeing some exciting developments and is heading in a very positive direction in terms of the success it is experiencing.

Your new role
You will be a standalone HR Business Partner looking after the HR function for the organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the lead on all aspects of HR. Your responsibilities will include, performance management, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement. Additionally, you will manage employee relations, recruitment, reward strategies and change management. This is a generalist role that would require the successful candidate to undertake various general HR duties and queries. Upon settling into the role, you will have the opportunity to recruit for an HR Administrator to support your workload.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working autonomously and proven ability to set up systems would be advantageous. Also, experience in resolving complex HR issues, understanding of organisational change and understanding of UK Employment Law will be another key success factor. Robust communication skills, attention to detail, abiltiy to multi task and being commercially aware is also important.
