An exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator, to support the transition to a new LMS.


Were seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinators / Learning Administrators to join an organisation during the implementation and transition to a new Learning Management System (LMS).

These roles will be to work as part of a specialist Learning & Development team & learning technologists, supporting the deployment of a new LMS system into the organisation. You will be supporting the team with the implementation, configuration, testing learning materials and processes within the project. You role will be to coordinate with L&D specialists, migrating existing learning content, support the development of new learning and training materials for roll out and embedding the new LMS system.

Candidates
We are seeking individuals who have proven experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the right skill-set, attitude and enthusiasm to support the implementation of a new system

The successful candidates must have demonstrable hands on experience working with end-to-end LMS operations, first line learner support and a sound understanding of underpinning learning and development processes.

You will be highly competent working with people data and have a background in a similar L&D support role. Specific experience using a Cornerstone LMS solution would be a significant advantage.

Experience

  • Learning & Development Administrator / L&D Coordinator
  • LMS experience
  • Supporting learners with learning systems and training content
  • Ideally proven experience supporting the development of learning materials within a LMS system and during an implementation
  • Cornerstone LMS is a highly desirable but not necessary - important to have previous LMS administration/coordination
  • Ideally experience of sharepoint and e-learning software (articulate. storyline)

2 x Fixed term contracts for 12 months
