HR Business Partner
We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional who can take ownership for and deliver a suite of HR projects. The HR projects will broadly focus on delivering improvements both from a productivity and EVP perspective.
As a HR Business Partner, reporting into the Group HRD, you will be used to operating in commercial partnering capacity, with excellent stakeholder management skills including c-suite level colleagues. You will have broad generalist HR experience and have led on and delivered a wide variety of HR related projects, specifically in relation to people development, performance and reward initiatives. You will have experience writing and delivering business proposals at board level.
The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering against a with range of HR & OD related projects including but not limited to; performance management, talent & succession planning, engagement, reward and benefits, change management. As HR Business Partner you will be on hand to provide wide ranging strategic and tactical support to senior managers within the Group.
An experienced HR Business Partner will have the ability to translate people plans into meaningful initiatives which have an noticeable impact both commercially and from an employee experience perspective. You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data effectively to identify focus areas, creating detailed reports up to and including board level. You will be a solutions focused and highly engaged HR professional with the drive and determination to get things done. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are essential criteria to ensure success.
Please note this role is offered on a 12 month contract basis.
Remuneration commensurate with experience.
