Due to internal promotion, this large media company, based in central London, is looking recruit for an exciting HR Officer opportunity who is at the early stages of their CIPD qualification.
The company is one of the biggest within the Media industry and are an upbeat energetic organisation who are based in London.
The key responsibilities of the HR Officer would be:
- To provide advice on policy interpretation
- Develop and run induction programmes
- Provide day to day operational support to HR consultants
- Coordinate and manage recruitment and training initiatives
The successful HR Officer will need to have experience working in a similar role where you are planning and delivering multiple tasks and duties. Ideally you will be at the early stages of your CIPD qualification and be looking to continue your development here.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
The HR Officer role offers a salary for the successful candidate of £25-30,000, plus excellent benefits including attractive pension scheme, flexible working and study support.
