Your new role
You will join a close knit team dedicated to the development of the firms associates. You will be responsible for supporting all legal and professional development activities across the London office. You will coordinate all training courses and personnel as well as monitoring and reporting on associate training and development. Additionally you will conduct all training evaluations and analyse results. You will be the main point of contact for all training queries and manage the LMS. You will also undertake ad hoc L&D projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous L&D experience with the legal (or professional service) sector is a must. You will be collaborative, team player; able to bring a proactive approach to the Associate development agenda. You will have excellent excel and presentation skills and have proven track record monitoring and coordinating all training activities within an L&D function.
