A world-renowned membership body are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join on a contract basis for 12 months. Working as part of a small collaborative HR team, the environment is proactive, and they are looking for this person to align themselves to a fast paced, and commercial organisation where you will report directly into a HR Business Partner.

The Detail The role purpose is to provide comprehensive and effective Recruitment support to the business and the main accountabilities are:

*Support the hiring manager, to draft job descriptions and person specifications that accurately describe the role along with the skills and attributes required
*Where required, participate in panel interviews
*Draft interview questions and tests
*With guidance from the Head of HR and the Communications Team present the client on social media in a way that increases attraction
*Support the HRBPs in development of relevant and culturally specific HR analytics
*Ensure best practice Recruitment knowledge is kept up-to-date and accurate through regular attendance of Recruitment briefings and conferences, e.g. CIPD
*Ensure Recruitment spend stays within budget Skills and Experience
*Graduate or equivalent with at least 2 years Recruitment experience, gained in an agency as a recruitment consultant or as progressive team of direct recruiter
*Working towards a CIPD qualification
*Committed to a career in HR/ Recruitment
*Experience of working with a Recruitment system
*Strong commercial acumen, able to negotiate good deals with suppliers
