Our client based on the outskirts of Norwich are looking for a temporary HR Advisor to work within their established HR team.
Your new role
This is a varied role where job responsibilities will include:
- To provide HR support to line managers on employment law matters, policies and procedures.
- Manage a portfolio of non-complex ER casework.
- Provide support on HR related projects and policy developments.
- Monitor sickness absence and provide a report to management.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will ideally be CIPD qualified or have similar experience in a previous role, be immediately available to start a new role and have excellent organisation skills to manage a diverse workload.
