Reward & HR Systems Manager
Your new role
You will be directly responsible for a team of 3 where you will be implementing a new reward strategy across the organisation. You will also be responsible for reviewing reward and benefits on a national and international basis. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for conducting job evaluations, gender and annual pay reviews.
As an individual, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, all candidates must have experience working in a similar role. Furthermore, you will need to have experience in creating and implementing reward policies, as well as, conducting job evaluations and annual pay reviews. In addition, you must have experience line managing a team and any experience using the Itrent system is advantageous.
