Your new role
Due to continued growth in the Suffolk and North Essex region, we are currently recruiting for a number of roles across our Ipswich and Essex offices. We have fantastic opportunities within a number of different specialisms including Construction & Property, IT, Accountancy & Finance and HR. As part of the Hays team you will be working in a full 360 role, managing both candidate generation and client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
To become successful in recruitment, you will need a desire to succeed and the drive to work in a busy, fast paced environment, where you will need to hit targets, think on your feet and thrive dealing with multiple tasks. By sourcing candidates via our database and utilising good written attraction strategies, you will meet a variety of people, all looking to develop their careers through you and Hays. Meeting clients face to face and dealing with them on the phone, you will have good sales and customer service skills and should be a confident and able communicator. Managing a temporary or permanent desk, you will also have solid administrative abilities and good attention to detail. The ability to drive is essential.
