HR Systems Analyst

A global financial services firm located in the heart of the City are looking for a Workday Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise and become a subject matter expert.

You will report directly into the Head of HR Systems and support them on all HRIS and Workday related project, and will develop your knowledge quickly. You'll ensure the HR Systems are operating effectively, playing a key role in the business. You'll work closely with teams across the firm and will build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Your Workday experience, analytical mindset & Excel skills will hugely benefit my client and will allow you to hit the ground running. You will be the primary point of contact for Workday queries, so solid experience with this system will enable you to tackle issues quickly. You will train employees on the system and will need to be approachable and take a customer service approach.
