Senior Internal Recruiter - Hatfield - £negotiable plus benefits
I am currently working with a well known commercial organisation who has a exciting new requirement for a Senior Internal Recruiter. Reporting into the Head of Resourcing where you will deliver the talent acquisition strategy. This is what they are looking for:-
- Responsible for implementing innovative and creative recruitment solutions
- Design and deliver a recruitment strategy
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs
- Be a business partner, providing talent acquisition solutions, insights on the talent landscape etc
- Work with hiring managers on new vacancies through the full recruitment life cycle
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage a Recruitment Co-ordinator, support and develop
You will need the following experience:-
- Proven background in recruitment with experience of working within in-house function.
- Experience in building recruitment strategies and campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of latest recruitment trends, tools, social media
- People Management experience
