£120 - £150 per day

Please note that this is a daily rate contract role and the successful candidate must be available to start within a week of appointment

I am looking for an immediately available recruitment professional to join a large professional services firm based in Birmingham city centre. You will be supporting the recruitment function over a particularly busy period. You main responsibilities will include both candidate and internal stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate management e.g CV screening, interview arrangement, interview feedback, employee contracts
• Key stakeholder management e.g. providing advice on the best sourcing methods
• Liaising with agencies
• Ensure all candidates have a positive onboarding experience
• Manage internal customers, advising and pushing back to stakeholders where necessary

Essential requirements

• Extensive knowledge of recruitment practice
• Experience working with agencies from and internal perspective
• Experience managing stakeholders expectations
• Excellent attention to detail and evidence of strong organisational skills
