Job Details
I am partnering with a successful City-based Investment Management firm who have are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their team and manage their benefits function! This r role will require you to use a commercial approach to successfully provide a main point of contact service for all benefits related queries.
Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide a main point of contact service for stakeholders for all benefits related queries.
- Preparation of reports for the annual renewal of company benefit schemes
- Using a commercial approach to assist with the development of existing company benefits
- Work closely with the Head of Reward and assisting with projects where necessary
- Facilitating all operational benefits activities and ensuring all tasks are completed in timely fashion.
The ideal candidate will have benefits experience and has the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You will be confident acting as a main point of contact to senior figures and have the ability to produce excellent levels of work while maintaining a heavy workload.
