My client, a London based creative Training Consultancy are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager.
Core role- Conduct end-to-end event management for all stages of event design and onsite delivery
Exemplify strict adherence to project processes throughout project lifecycleLead delivery and advise on design for immersive learning and experiential events, including creative concepting, ideating, storyboarding, advising event 'look and feel', and identifying associated materialsLead a team to design and deliver immersive and experiential events on time, on budget and in accordance with client specifications/briefWork with third party suppliers and incorporate event technology to ensure a smooth participant experience, whilst adhering to logistical and budgetary constraintsEvaluate training and measurement of desired event outcomes against initial client briefBuild strong working relationships with senior client stakeholdersSign off the production of materials and client deliverables in coordination with the Head of Delivery
Business Development Support Sales and Solutions teams on ad-hoc sales-related activities where requiredUnderstand chargeability and profitability to ensure efficient client serviceMaintain and develop BD relationships for key client accountsOwn, develop and deliver materials used for business development purposes (as agreed), to further develop Team Leadership and Practise Development Drive strategy in all engagements and touchpoints, internal and client-facingStay on top of developments, innovations, and opportunities in the learning, events, and experiences spacesContribute to thought leadershipContribute to, support, and develop the team and its membersLine manage and mentor junior team members You will have Experienced in the design and delivery of experiential events, with strong experience in managing onsite delivery with multiple stakeholdersExperienced in working with third party suppliers to deliver an eventStrong creative skillsAnalytical thinking and complex problem solvingHonest, flexible and co-operative, with excellent teamworking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detailCan-do attitude, taking initiative and contributing to different types of work where requiredExcellent client relationship engagement and management skills
