Our client a commercial organisation is seeking to recruit an Early Years Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a permanent basis, this role will be based in Frimley, Surrey.
Your new role
This is a hybrid role which will primarily be responsible for recruitment of candidates for their entry level talent programs across all business sites. However, the role will also support with professional hires recruitment outside of the early years recruitment cycle.
The successful candidate has end-to-end responsibility for the early years recruiting process including sourcing, attracting, assessing and hiring with a focus on active candidates as well as managing with professional hires recruitment processes when outside of early years recruitment cycle. By maintaining a deep and current knowledge of the talent market and the organisation, you will be a business partner addressing business needs and delivering recruitment activity for all roles across the business. Experience within graduate/apprentice recruitment experience is ideal.
Our client is seeking an experienced, confident and proactive Talent Acquisition professional with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and experience with Entry Level Talent recruitment processes.
